Speech sucks!

Just chilling in school right now, the school computers have restricted this site like forever but for some reason it works now lol. Have speech class right now and I don't feel like doing what i should be doing haha! :) I'm going to do a speech about sexeducation haha.

Have track after school so that's going to suck! after track i'm going to do the Co-Ed dance after track frm 5 to 6.30 with hope. That will be awesome! :D Then i might go to Noel's house but idk yet, have a speech to do for wednesday and a powerpoint for tmrw but oh well i guess..

WPA :D

So yesterday was the dance WPA, Women pay all and it was great!

The girls in the WPA group I was in was all playing a volleyball tournament like an hour away, so they were going to be a little late. My date was also playing volleyball so she was a little bit late too, but it was all good ;) They got second, congratz girls! ;) The dance started at like 8 and they came home from the volleyball at like 8.10 and were ready to go at like 8.45, so we didn't have time to go out and eat. But it doesn't matter! No one was dancing when we got there anyway. lol.

Me and my friend decided to match and i gotta say... We look freaking awesome! :D haha!

But when we got there me and some friends just started to dance! And more people joined and then we were like a little more people dancing lol. There was a lot of people just sitting down and being lame. They said that they can't dance that's why they didn't dance. Oh well I had fun anyway :) I had an awesome time with my awesome date CJ and everyone else who danced :) Btw, we look awesome! :D haha!

Just gotta say, I LOVE DANCING!!! it is soooo awesome! :D

After the dance we were some people that went to CJ's house, we watched a movie and just hung out and we had so much fun! :D Me and my friend Nathaniel stayed to 3, we were like just talking, chilling, watching movies and playing old school Gamecube! It was freaking awesome! haha!

Then Nathaniel and I went to my place and he stayed the night there! When we got home we noticed like 70 balloons hung and placed all over my deck saying, Daniel, Ida, Marion high school, 1 may 2010 and PROM? haha! I was so surprised but it was awesome! My danish friend Ida put them up with my homie Lindsie haha! It was awesome so im not only going to my prom but to her prom as well! :D haha! I'm so excitded! :D

I also got a prom date for my own prom! :) I asked her at the track meet :) Her name is Mattea Otten and she is freaking awesome! :D

Also bought a new camera yesterday.... and some PEZ haha haven't had those in A LONG Time haha! Love them! :)

First track meet! :)

Had my first track meet yesterday and it was pretty awesome! :)

I ran the Distance medley, i was the second guy running and I ran 200 m. We finished third and that was pretty much the first race in my life and I was sooooo nervous before it, espesially with the handoff stuff. Antway i did pretty well :)

MY second race was the 60 m. We were at a inside track so the longest straight distance they had was 60 m. I finished first in my heat and that felt freaking awesome!!!! :D I love the short distances and wish i could only do the 100 haha! I finished at 7.05 seconds.

The last one was the 200 m and i was really nervous before this one! I ended like third or forth you couldn't tell.

Anyway I have never ran track before and apparently i'm really good at the blocks! :) That makes me feel pretty awesome!

Anyway have WPA school dance tonight with CJ and it's going to be so much fun! :) Will put a post about that later! ;)

Great week!

Monday: Slept at a friends house sunday to monday because we didn't have school. It was way awesome!

Tuesday: Track practice 6.45, which kinda sucked but oh well. We don't have any spring break in our school this year because we are making up for snow days. Anyway so we wanted make it up with something so we had a dress out week. Tuesday = Duct tape day, Wednesday = Goth day or St Patricks day aka green day, Thursday = hobo day and Friday = Hawaii day! :)

Duct tape day means that you make your own outfit out of duct tape. I made a west and a tail haha! :D

So I'm in this dance thing called Co-Ed dance. The girls from the dance team has a partner that we're doing a dance with. So it's a partner dance and we are doing the dance from the movie Dirty dancing. My friend Hope asked me if i wanted to do it and I said hell yeah. Anyway so we had a practice after track practice and I love dancing and it is A LOT of fun dancing with hope :)

Wednesday: Started out with choir rehearsal in the morning because we had our Night on Broadway Concert the next day. It is a lot of fun, and I have a solo in it. Then school. This day was Green day or goth day. So my interpretation was to dress up as the band Green day, so I dressed up as the singer and Kyle's idol Billie Joe. I don't have a picture because my camera is broken and the girl that took the pictures haven't uploaded them yet. But i will put them on later. :) After school, Track practice, I'm going to do sprints, which means 100 and 200 meters. Then again dancing at Nicholes house and as always when i dance, I have a great time! And we are getting really good too!:D

Thursday: Hobo day, and this was the only day i didn't dress up, but i was so tired so i didn't feel like it. Anyway all I could think of this day was the Night On Broadway Concert with the Choir. I was SOOOOOO nervous before the concert because this was going to be the first solo and the first time singing alone on stage in front of so many people. But it turned out great and pretty much everyone told me that that was my best performance ever :) :) :) If you want to see my solo you can just check my facebook and look at my videos :) And this was what I wore during the concert :D haha, wearing the technicolor dream coat haha!

Friday: Track in the morning.... weight lifting sucks! But i think i've got a lot more muscles during my time in america haha! School and Hawaii day and I went all out, swimpants, hawaiian skirt, hawaii shirt, coconut bra, flower necclas thing around my neck and head, flip flops. haha it was awesome :) don't have a picture yet but i will show you how it looked i promise! haha :D

We played scrugby during track and it was a lot of fun.

After that I went home to get my Karate suit, Gi, we were having the talent show today and I was doing a kata or form, with drums playing in the background. It was a lot of fun and the judges couldn't really critique me because they don't know anything about karate haha! I didn't get on the trophy stand but it was still a lot of fun! :) My awesome friend Noel did an freaking awesome drum solo and HE WON :) After the talent show we went to Noel's home, we were a lot of people hanging out and I had a great time! Spencer and I staid the night there :D

Saturday: Woke up and we watched Ghostbusters 1 and 2 haha it was epic! :D Noel's church had a talent show too so we went to that for a while later in the evening. It was fun :)

I went home after that and ate dinner then I went to a party with Kyle and Becca to celebrate Becca's birthday. I had a lot of fun :)

To sum up the week.. I HAD AN AWESOME WEEK! :D

MUSE in Chicago... was amazing! :D

I went to Chicago last Thursday to last Saturday and I had a blast, we went there to go see my favorite band, Muse. :) But we ended up doing some shopping and other stuff as well. haha!

We came to the hotel late because our basement started to flood but we got it under control so we got on the road at about 3 we intended to go at like 10, haha but that didn't happen. When we came to the hotel, we all hurried to our room and got dressed for the pool, we only had 15 minutes in the spa because.. the stupid hotel closed their spa at 10 am! But it was worth it.

The next day was Muse day and it was going to be awesome! We started out the day by doing some shopping, i tried not to spend that much money and I think that went pretty well. But when we went to Urban outfitters, my favorite store, i couldn't restrain myself haha. It wasn't that bad, bought 2 shoes for $30, the same pair but different colors, they were awesome, two t-shirts for 24 and an awesome green wallet for 20, it said "Just say Jay" in the front. :) And I also bought a jacket :) That was the shopping i did for that day so i did alright ;)

Next on the list was Muse! :) It was the best concert in my life and I was SOOOOO SUUUUPER excited when I was there. When the show was on i was like dancing and singing ALL THE TIME! And I had a blast. Georgeanne told me that I was acting beside myself haha, and i was :)

Hawaiiiii!!!! :D

Day 1: Arriving

This is the blogpost for the first 3 days! I'm sorry for being so late with it! But here it is, my time in Hawaii! :) It was one of the best weeks in my life! :)

So as I told you before, I flew to Hawaii with my Danish friend Ida! And Without her the 14 hour trip to Hawaii would've been SOOOO boring so i had a good time on the flight! :)

We flew over the pascific ocean for a long time and we we're constantly looking for islands and for Hawaii! And after about 8 hours, there it was! The beautiful islands of Hawaii! And this is the view of honolulu from the airplain! Sweeeet isn't it? ;)


We didn't have that much time to do stuff the first night, when we arrived we checked in and then went out for dinner! :) Then when we came back from the hotel i met my roomies, two finish guys and my Swedish friend Johannes! We aranged so that we would share the same room! :) I was SOOO happy with my roomates they we're pretty dame awesome! :D

Day 2: Trip around the island O'ahu.

We started out as we did every day. With breakfast at the restaurant Perrys, gotta love that place and espesially it's pinaple! :)

Then it was time to jump on the bus and go around the island, our first stop was at a view spot and all 87 exchangestudents from YFU stepped of the bus to see the awesome view and take pictures of eachother! :)

Then we went to North Shore!!!!! It is famous for it huge waves and it was pretty awesome to see! The waves wasn't as big that day but still, i wouldn't surf them lol

Then we stopped for a little while to try "shave ice" A very popular ice cream in Hawaii and it is basically flavored ice! And it was awesome! :D

Our next stop was at the Dole factory where they produce fruit and stuff! Mostly pineaple, and when i saw that the pineaple grew from the ground i was like shocked! Haha i thought that they such as all other fruit grew from the tree! But NOOO they grow from the ground lol! They also had coconuts... a coconut bra that is. haha and Johannes tried it on!! haha sexy lol.

They had a lot of stuff do do but it all cost money so we didn't do it, except just checking it all out and feeding the crazy carps lol! And i bought a wristband with my name on it! My Hawaiian name is Kaniele ;)

Then we went to chill at the beach. It was awesome and it was a long time ago i chilled at the beach in the hot sun! It was awesome, we took a swim for a while and ate.

Then my friend and i took a soccerball and asked people if they wanted to play some soccer, haha in the end we we're like 30 people trying to play soccer in a tiny field lol! IT was pretty awesome! :D

And this is my roommates and I, The awesome Swedes and Finns!

Last thing we did that day was eating at the Hard Rock Cafe! They have awesome burgers! :)

Day 3: Diamond Head Volcano.

The third day we started out the same way we always do! breakfast! :)

Then we went on the bus again to go to the extinct volcano diamond head and that means that we had to walk all the way up to the volcano! So we started walking all the way up to to the volcano and it was a long walk and it was really hot outside! Anyway the walk was way worth it and we made about 3 stops to watch the wonderful view! And then we reached the top and the view from there was just beautiful!!

The third day was the day I really started to connect with a group and I started to hang out with them the rest of the week! :) It was Johannes, Juha, Rodrigo, Sunny, Sara, Sherry, Samuel, Anne, Carlos, Kathleen, Vanessa, Sebastian, Aline, Mariana, Kathy, Martje! :) Forgive me if i forgot someone!!

After walking/climbing down the volcano we went back to the hotel and then we went to the beach to eat dinner! We waited a while so we could see the sunset! It took a while so we walked around town for a while! And we met some other exchangestudents that actually lived in Hawaii! One of the guys was from Norway, Hakan. He was pretty awesome! And we also met some exchange students that was there the same way as we were, with their exchange student organization, they were brazilian!

Anyway this was the awesome view from the beach! :)
