Basketball!

So basketball season has started and I AM PUMPED! Its going to be awesome :) We have like 3 mornigpractices before school then 4 practices after school, the when we start to have games we will have like 2 - 3 games a week! So there will be alot! but thats awesome because i want to play as much as possible! I'll get a picture up on my basketballpictures tomorrow!
Just wanted to let you guys know that... BASETBALL HAS STARTED!!!!!

3 1/2 Days of weekend WHOOO!

Had an early out yesterday so we got out from school at 1.20 was pretty awesome! Was hanging out with Dana and Nathaniel again for a while before we went to the playpractice that Dana is in, I'm just helping out with the light because Dana asked and they needed help. Went home after that cause i was really tired, ate, talked with Georgeanne for a while, then checked my laptop and after that i was pretty much dead so i went to bed.

We have no school today because the teachers have an conference day where they talk about stuff lol. So I'm going yo Kyles collage to play some racquetball with him its doing to awesome! Tonight... I think i will go to a girl who i like, she has a bonfire or maybe go to the forth kind again with some other friends haha. That's my plans for the weekend so far.

School is going really good and we just finished the first quarter of the school year. I have 8 classes and have total 5 A and 3 B. Photo = B, Choir = A, Psychology = A, Chemistry = A, English = B, Woods = A, PE = A and American History = B. So I'm quite Satisfied with my grades :)

Basketball season starts soon and my goal for the season is to start in JV, I mean i started varsity in football and i had never played it before so I figure why not aim high in basketball too :) I'm a competitor! We start the season at the 16 November.

Great weekend!

This weekend was pretty awesome and I had tons of fun!

Friday night, was hanging out with Dana and Nathaniel and later went to meet some girls from school, I kinda like one of them. We just hang out and had fun!

Saturday, ohhh Saturday was totally awesome! Everything except for the working at the Iowa Hawkeye game and going up at 6 am at a weekend!! it sucked! But it got better from there, later i went to Brittney's house for like an hour and lots of people was there it was pretty fun! Then i went with 3 friends to see Fourth kind, it was so freaky and really made you think I really recommend it to all people who read this blog, if there is one lol :P It was based on a true story and had some real footage in it, it was about alien abduction.
I went to Dana after the movie and stayed the night there. There was this time when all the people got abducted, it was 3.33 am so me and Dana stayed up to after 3.33 before we went to bed hahaha!

Sunday was pretty chill, only things i did was riding the horse! That's how i like my sundays just chilling!

We our football reward thing today and we voted for, best JV player offence, best JV player Defense, best JV player special team, Best varsity player offense, best varsity player defense, best varsity special team. I won the best JV player Offense and i got really happy for it. I also got really good compliments from the coach. It was really awesome, I also got the springville mark that you put on your jacket and got the pin that symbolize that i have played varsity 50 percent or more of the season.

Bought a couple of new clothes today, it was buy one get one so i bought a sweatshirt and got a pair of jeans for free, i actually found them in the womens section! Its so hard to find slim jeans here so i bought the womens jeans that looks awesome! lol

I will have a long weekend this weekend which will be awesome! Like 3 1/2 day!
So i will hopefully go play racquetball at Kyles collage Coe at Thursday, and probably go watch 2012 the movie at the night. I will sing at a concert tomorrow with the choir it will be pretty fun!

Halloween!

Hey guys just posting a quick halloween post!

Just got home from trick or treating with some friends, we were suppose to be like bunch of people from the Southpark but that didn't happened so we dressed up as we wanted! I dressed up as the joker from batman! It was pretty sweet!

Now Kyle and I are going to a halloween party its going to pretty awesome! Kyle is going to be Billie Joe!

Have a friend thats birthday is today haha she is having a hugh halloween party in michigan, would have been awesome to be there! Congratulations Mika!

Don't stop me now, I'm having such a good time I'm having a baal!

Everything is going really great over here in the states and I'm enjoying every second of it! Last football game tomorrow have had a great time playing with all of you guys!

My favorite song is "Don't stop me now" by Queen and I think that that song represents how I feel at the moment! I'm having a great time here in America!

Watched Zombieland last weekend with George and i got to say, it was awesome, end up on the top 10 list easy! Hanged out with Kyle and his friends at Sunday night it was pretty fun, we just hanged out and played some pool. And of course, football Friday night, played varsity starter as a Defensive tackle on the line, it went alright considering that I had a guy on like 320 pounds guarding me lol, 320 pounds = 150 kg. We lost.

I also sang at the concert with the choir Monday night! It went pretty well, it was fun and I'm looking forward for the next concert! Me and Dana had tambourines haha and were killing it! lol.

But when the JV team played them Tuesday night we beat and it felt gooooooood! It was an intense game that could have gone ether way. I did the starting touchdown and 2 pat. It was awesome and it was the type of touchdown I wanted to be my first. It was a pass play and the quarterback threw the ball in the air and i caught it, a defender came flying at me but he didn't get a grip on me so I got loose and ran to the end field and made a touchdown :D P-ray the QB made two touchdowns and Drake made the last one. We won and the final score was 28 - 20.

I am playing Varsity tomorrow too as a defensive back. The defense that we are running is called the x factor. The x guy is always defending their best player! And guess what?? I am the x defender, and I have a very big role in the game! I'm nervous but I'm confident that I will do good, i will do my best and that's all I can do.

Going over to Dana's house soon to watch the latest episode of The Office! Dana, Nathaniel and Collin will be there! Its gonna be awesome!

And Saturday I will hang out at Brandon's house with some other people from the school its going to be great :D

Hope that Kyle will get out from Coe this weekend too so I can hang out with him too :)

Touchdown!

Made my first touchdown yesterday and i gotta say it was awesome :) everybody before the game was like... "Oo you will make a touchdown alright!" XD

It was the JV game and we were up against Preston the second time this season do we really wanted to win! Anyway we didn't do that well, made a lot of mistakes and the defence didn't really fight aggressively. I just played in offence first half, and did the kickoffs, kick return and PAT. We were under with like 3 touchdowns in first half.
Second half we did much better! Might have been because they put me in defencive tackle! It is my favourite position in defence :) I made a lot of tackles and I especially remember one of them, I broke free of the offensive line and then I tried to block and tackle the quarterbacks throw by jumping like up and right at him. I missed the block but I flew right in him and killed him! ; not killing him for real though lol!

Then... the big things started to happened! Drake our fullback made 2 long runs and we were like 5-10 yards from the end zone. The coach said the play and we ran it! I get the ball and run straight forward aaand...... MAKES MY FIRST TOUCHDOWN! Can't explain the feeling but can only say that it was freaking awesomeness!!! XD

We lost the game but i was still happy!

Homecoming at the Anamosa High school was way sweet! Our group went to an awesome restaurant called olive garden they served Italian and i love Italian food! Then we went to the dance, My date Jackie was awesome, really fun to dance with, kinda wild ;) We had fun, me, jackie, kyle and becca!

Varsity Friday and I'm starting in defence!!!!!! :D Im so excited! I'm going to play the same position as i did the JV game! Defensive tackle! The guys I'm up against will be way bigger but I'm faster so I will still make it!

Homecoming week were awesome I had really fun!

I haven't got the pictures from the actual week of dressing weird yet but they will be updated on my facebook profile page soon!

The day before the game we had our parade and the pepper ally, we were suppose to have a big bonfire down at the football field but it was raining so we had it all inside :) it was pretty fun. The whole football team rode a firetruck around the town and we like... "smile and wave boys, smile and wave" Lol :P They also had a jersey auction when people bid on our shirts, my got sold for like 60 dollars. They wore them in school and at the football game, they bid on the white away game jerseys that I'm wearing in the pic. A girl called gentry bought it, she is awesome!




We lost our homecoming game but pretty much because we aren't that good and the other team was like top 10 on our district!
Anyway the homecoming day with the dance and everything was sweet, we ate dinner with our group at a place called chillies and I ate a BIG steak, it was awesome :) George was suppose to take pictures of me and my date and two of my friend that are a couple, when were all dressed up and stuff. But my date wasn't there cause she waited at the restaurant for us. but it didn't really matter because we went to my dates house, Sarah, and her mom took some pictures of the whole group :) They will be updated to my facebook too.
You just have to live with the picture of me and my friends homecoming picture for now. It looks like we are on a triple date because we all match it is kinda funny XD.


Everybody was like saying that the homecoming dance was going to be lame, well it was kinda lame but only if you think that it will be, so i just went in and wanted to have fun. And i did have fun, really fun!! It was kinda lame at the beginning because the DJ really sucked she only played like slow dances aka "tryckare" :P. But when we all wanted to change music to like something more dancing music like hip hop or pop people started to dance. And ofc I was in the middle of the dance. We weren't that many that did dance but the people that did sure had fun... don't know about the other people but they probably thought that it was kinda lame... lol.
After the dance a bunch of people went to A girl called Katie, it was fun we were just chilling.

A funny thing about Americans is how they call their parties parties... they are not really parties they just watching movies and stuff. They should come to Sweden and see how a REAL party is!!! :D

Chilled at a dudes house called Dana and some other people after school today cause we had half day and ended school at 1 am so it was awesome! I usually have football practice just after school so i cant really do that much after school soo that sucks. It was fun we played the new Halo 3 Odst it was sweet! And I also took my flue shot today, it was not for H1M1 (swine flue) but apparently it will protect me :) lol. cost like 26 dollars!!

Are trying to sign up to the Hawaii trip with Youth for Understanding but it doesn't go so well! :/
But I WILL GO TO HAWAII with my friend sunny who also is going there! It will be sooo much fun :)
